This modern villa has spectacular open orchard view from the terrace, a common pool & gym along with luxury amenities which include a stylish living room airconditioned along with smart tv, super fast wifi, comfortable sofa bed. The villa also has a modular kitchen with Refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, gas hob with chimney, toaster & kettle, utensils & tableware for a comfortable family vacation. Having located just 2km to the popular Thalassa Greek taverna & 6km to popular Morjim beach, 1km to supermarkets, this classic holiday home is a quick drive to Assagao, Anjuna, Vagator & Arpora

• This is not a pet-friendly property.

• This is  a wheelchair-friendly property.

• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans only  for up to 4 hours.

• Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.

• Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

• The caretaker will be available till 6pm for check in and housekeeping.

• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

• Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.

• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the apartment only.

• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.

• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the apartment.

• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

• A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

• This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided there is no damage to line, furnishings and total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
